These supercab trucks were as easy to park and maneuver in urban areas as a regular cab, regular bed, and had a usable back seat. I have put my 8' bed to use more times than i can count and i swore i would never get another unfortunately toyota and ford are the only game in town for a dclb in a light duty truck. While you depend on your truck bed for carrying cargo, it doesn't offer much in the way of protection from prying eyes that are eyeing.
Be advised that an extended cab truck with an 8 foot bed is a long truck and will take some getting used to. Trucks, light duty under 1 ton. It's a great picture, it looks like they take up half the block! I am coming from my 1998 f150 supercab xlt 8' box.
